Help - How do I use the settings and options?

Normal Mode vs Flash Card Mode

Normal Mode Description

In Normal Mode, which is the default mode, the page will be filled with a random selection of chords/triads, drawn from a set defined by the various used defined inputs. This set may include duplicate chords.

Flash Card Mode Description

In Flash Card Mode, all possible chord/triad values defined by the chosen settings will be returned in a randomized order. If the size of the set is larger than the page size, pagination buttons and gestures can be used to move through the set. This set will not include any duplicate chords.

  • Letters - This option will cause letters to be used for the modifier that appears after a chord. For example, C flat augmented would be displayed as 'C♭aug'.
